Quinn Dombrowski, the Digital Humanities Coordinator in Research IT at UC Berkeley, has been elected to the Executive Council of the Association for Computers in the Humanities (ACH), the US-based professional organization for digital humanities. 

Quinn is the director of the Mellon-funded DiRT directory of digital research tools, the co-director of the DHCommons project directory, and the technical editor of the DHCommons journal. She was a member of the program staff for Project Bamboo (2008-2012), and has published an article on that project and its outcomes entitled "What Ever Happened to Project Bamboo?"

ACH co-hosts the annual international digital humanities conference, and offers numerous programs for digital humanities scholars including mentorship, job support, and bursaries for young scholars to attend conferences and events.
