Literature and Digital Humanities Working Group (Lit + DH)

The Literature and Digital Humanities Working Group (commonly referred to as Lit + DH) is a beginners’ group that explores a subset of DH tools, methods, and theory that are particularly well suited for the study of literature in a variety of languages. This working group assumes absolutely no prior knowledge of, or experience with, the digital humanities, and is aimed at an introductory level. Members will familiarize themselves with some of the discourse, ideas, debates and tools relevant to current work in digital humanities, as well as consider ways in which they might want to use digital or quantitative methods in their own research.
